Joshua Hupp REBC
President - Partner
Joshua has been in the benefits industry for nearly 20 years. His enjoyment in the industry comes from finding solutions to relieve the complexities and confusion that is associated with employee benefits both for employers and employees.
When not working he enjoys time with his family in the outdoors camping, backpacking, hiking, or simply sitting under the sun.
Shawn Bitter
VP Sales - Partner
Shawn is a multitalented individual who brings experience in underwriting and customer management to the firm. With over 15 years of experience, his wealth of knowledge affords clients peace of mind knowing they are in good hands.
When not working he enjoys anything related to the outdoors, especially when it involves his wife and kids. A kid at heart, he loves to have fun and enjoy all life has to offer.
Katie Hupp
VP Finance
Katie brings strong support in finance to the firm. An engineer by trade, she brings her intelligence and methodical thinking to help run the day to day.
When not working, she spends her time teaching, and growing young minds. She loves to spend time with family and appreciates a quiet evening from time to time with her husband.
Lindsey Olsen
Account Manager/HR
Lindsey is a seasoned insurance account executive with over 10 years of industry experience. She thrives on customer interaction and superior service.
When not at work, she loves to spend time with her husband and children. She’s a closet gamer with a competitive spirit.
Alisa McClure
Account Manager
Alisa is an experienced educator and brings great expertise in interpersonal relationships as well as tenure in account management.
Outside of work, she loves to do anything outdoors, especially if it’s water related. She enjoys spending her free time shopping, reading, working out, and traveling to different countries with her husband.
Mason McClure
Producer
Mason is an experienced producer with extensive knowledge and a passion for people. He has a long track record of excellent service and fantastic interpersonal skills.
When not working, he spends most of his time outdoors climbing, surfing, hiking, camping and travelling, all with his wife.
Bob
HR Generalist - Listening Ear
Bob is known for his stern face and singular expression. He provides a listening ear and endless entertainment.
